Terms of service

By visiting our store or making a purchase from Calyra, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Actual product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud) — in that case you receive a full refund.

Our beauty devices are intended for cosmetic, at-home use only and are not medical devices. Always follow the instructions and safety notes.

An order is confirmed once payment is received. Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Calyra is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our store or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms at any time. Questions: sagagaga@ukr.net.
