Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Our items ship directly from our partner warehouses. Typical time in transit is 10–20 business days depending on your country. Remote areas and peak seasons may take a little longer.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Customs & duties

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply. These are set by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 35 days of shipping, contact us at sagagaga@ukr.net and we will help track it down, resend it or refund you.
