Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility: items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories (for hygiene reasons). Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return: email us at sagagaga@ukr.net with your order number and the reason. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, send us a photo or video within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund — no return needed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and check the return.

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships — just email us as soon as possible.
