Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your glow ritual. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

• For hygiene reasons, items must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email us at sagagaga@ukr.net with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, we cover everything — send us a photo or video within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, no return needed.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different device or plug type? Contact us and we'll help you exchange it.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships — just email us as soon as possible.
