Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order — no minimum.

Processing time: orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time: orders ship directly from our partner warehouses. Typical time in transit is 10–20 business days depending on your country. Remote areas and peak seasons may take longer.

Tracking: once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Customs and duties: depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels: if your order has not arrived within 35 days of shipping, contact us at sagagaga@ukr.net and we will resend it or refund you.
